Searching for descendants of Adam DRUM, born 3 June 1819 in Weltersbach, Rheinland-Pfalz, settled in West Swanton,Fulton Co. Ohio between 1842 and 1860. His daughter, Katharina married Christian WATKINS in 1861. Barbara Bauer, Palantines to America Library, 611 E. Weber Rd., Columbus, Ohio 43211.

I am researching Mason O. GREENE / GREEN who lived in Dover twp.,Fulton Co., Ohio from about 1870-1899. He was born 15 Jan 1822 in Monroe Co., NY. His first wife was Mary Anna SHELDON born RI and lived in Huron co., OH until she and Mason moved to Ottokee, Ohio after the Civil War. Mary Anna died. His second wife was Mary J. HAYNES / HAINES. An older family member said Mason Green belonged to the Masons and was a 32nd degree Mason. At some time in the past, in the club room in Wauseon, Ohio, hanging on the wall, there was a book jack of Mason's. Mason was a Civil War veteran also. He is buried in the Ottokee cemetary. Does the Mason club room in Wauseon, Ohio still exist? Does anyone know of any records kept local by the Masons?

Looking for info on Aaron LILLY (b. ca 1853 in OH, on 1870 Census living w/John & Bertha LILLY both b. Eng.). He married in Fulton Co., OH 11 Dec 1873, Bride: Amanda MCQUILLIN (dau/o David & Rosanna [ STEELE ], b. ca 1852 OH). I desire to find out where they moved after their marriage. Amanda [ MCQUILLIN ]'s two brothers, Elmer and Amanuel MCQUILLIN moved to Kansas and Missouri in the 1880's. I am trying to locate where parents, David and Rosanna [ STEELE ] MCQUILLIN died. They also sold their farm in Pike Twp. in the mid 1880's.

Hi, My ggg-grandparents are Jacob BINDER/BENDER and Anne Marie STOKEY. They came with their daughter, my ggg-grandmother, Mary BINDER/BENDER, who married first Samuel BURKHOLDER and second John LEININGER. On the Fulton County page there are birth marriage and death records for this family which occured outside the U.S. Could anyone tell me where I might look for the original documents. Looking to confirm the name of the parents for William H. MCQUEEN. William is shown as a 6-year-old with his 4-year-old sister Adaline (Angeline) living with John J. and Elizabeth SNYDER in the 1860 Census of Clinton Township, Fulton County, Ohio. John and Elizabeth had two daughters in the 1850 Census who disappeared from the 1860 census. Only Hannah was old enough to be William's mother. William also married Roxie KNIPE May 5, 1878 in Williams County, Ohio. William's uncle James McQueen married Sarah Ann HOLMES. James is found in the 1850 Census of Clinton Township, Fulton County, Ohio living with Horace and Alvira BOLEY. Alvira's maidenname was HOLMES, and she was the sister of Sarah Ann HOLMES who married James MCQUEEN. James had two brothers who may have been my William H. MCQUEEN's father: Henry and Oliver. I suspect Henry was William's father but have no proof. The MCQUEEN, HOLMES and BOLEY families are all from Onondaga County, New York. They came from New Yor! k across the "Lake Trail," to Fulton County, Ohio between 1837 and 1850. Answers may be in Fulton County or Williams County probate records.
