Delta Antique Shop Collapses

 Some Photos Taken June 2008

The collapse took place on Thursday, June 12th, 2008 at approximately 5:35 p.m. The first call went into the Sherriffs Dept at 5:40 p.m.

From photos of the late 1880's the 301 Main St. building was a Hardware , changing ownership over the years.  It later became a Kroger Store and eventually was home to  Davenport Hardware, and  Mohler TV.  It set empty for a few years when Elden and Fran  Hartzell of Wauseon opened it as an Antique store. They rented the building for 10 years before purchasing and then operated their business the following 18 years as the Delta Antique Market.
